By default we sync the latest changes every hour. For clients requiring higher update frequency, we also offer near-realtime synchronization via the Salesforce Streaming API.

Is the Salesforce integration secure?

We authenticate via the official Salesforce Connected App with OAuth 2.0. All data is transported and stored encrypted. We only process the data you need.

Does the integration work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud?

The integration fully supports Sales Cloud by default. Service Cloud (Cases) and Marketing Cloud (Journeys, Sends) are also available; we discuss this during the onboarding call based on your license and requirements.
